Green tea with lemon not only tastes great. It’s also a natural formula for weight loss. According to the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition, green tea has fat-burning catechins. After eight weeks of green tea supplements, participants lost 17% more fat than without it.

Lemon can also help. In 2018, researchers discovered that polyphenols in lemons could combat fat. In animal tests, these polyphenols helped animals lose weight. Although it’s not a miracle cure, adding green tea with lemon to your diet may prevent you from losing weight.
